Mind-blowing service! Attentive staff arranged tuk tuk & personal private transfer, exceeding expectations during foreigner restrictions. Abundant breakfast with local dishes, rooftop view a bonus from clean and comfortable room. Fantastic value for money, including free bicycle rental. Great staff, especially Simon the marketing manager, made our stay super enjoyable and comfortable.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, not in a busy area but still close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to provide great service. The rooms are basic but clean, with a great view of the city from the 9th floor. And the breakfast is simply delightful, especially when enjoyed with the amazing view of the city.
No significant areas for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, with dining options and shops directly next to the street. Rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent service and a good breakfast selection. the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the surroundings.
One downside is the confusing exchange rate policy, causing guests to pay more than expected for their stay.

Great Value for Money, Friendly Service, Convenient Location
Spent a weekend away and had a great experience. The hotel offered exceptional value at a reasonable price. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and friendly which added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Location-wise the hotel is in a great spot with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The breakfast was also a nice touch, offering a variety of options to suit all palates.
The facilities are a bit dated and could do with some modernisation which detracted from the overall experience. the rooms were a bit noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room at Hotel Nova was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for us and our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing view over the city from our 9th-floor room. The restaurant served delicious meals, and we even got to enjoy a complimentary cocktail with a local puppet show and xylophone performance. Plus, the hotel offers free bicycles for guests to use. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, like the limited options at breakfast and intermittent wifi on the 7th floor, overall I highly recommend this centrally located hotel with its amazing staff and excellent value.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and always ready to have a chat. the bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a rooftop bar and restaurant. the view from up there, especially during sunset, was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink.
One thing to note is that the noise level in the vicinity of the hotel can be quite high, especially due to the traffic. It can be a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep without earplugs.
